Whistleblower system

Welcome to Novozymes’ Whistleblower System!

In Novozymes, we conduct our business in a responsible way in compliance with the law. We have established the Whistleblower System to support this commitment, by ensuring a secure and confidential channel for reporting of serious violations or suspicions thereof.

So help us fight corruption and business crime by reporting your concerns. Either through your regular channels of communication or using Novozymes Whistleblower System. Every violation report is important and helps us to prevent economic losses and damage to our reputation.

The whistleblower system may not be used to make false accusations against others, and altogether, deliberately untrue information may not be reported.

We encourage you to provide your name in the report. Regardless of whether you do so or not, please open a secure post box. You will be guided through the process when submitting the report. It is swift and easy, and makes it safer to communicate with us.

All reports are strictly confidential. You can find more information on this in menu sections "Privacy policy" and "Whistleblower Policy" above.

What can be reported?
Anonymity
Open a post box
In the whistleblower system, you can report serious matters such as, e.g., bribery, theft, fraud, breach of insider rules, breach of competition law and violations of human rights and labor standards, etc.

In some countries, there are specific restrictions on what and how you can report. You will receive the relevant instructions on the reporting page.

Matters such as bullying, dissatisfaction with wages, violations of the alcohol policy, etc., should not be reported here. They should instead be reported through the normal channels.
If you want to be anonymous, you should not write your own personal details - or other details which directly or indirectly identify you - in the report you submit.

We do, however, for the sake of the investigation encourage you to provide your name.
When you send the report, you have the option to choose whether you remain available for further inquiries by opening a secure post box.

We recommend that you make yourself available because we may not be able to finalise the case without further information from you.

When you create a post box, you will be given a case number, and you will choose a password. You will use the case number and password to log in to the post box in order to see if you have received any questions.

All communication with us is anonymous if you wish it to be.
